The fresh and recently harvested fruit enters the plant directly to the unloading area and begins its process, the fruit falls into an immersion tub where it is washed, for later  transported to.

 

When it is in this area,  our staff reviews the entry of the fruit in detail, separating the ones that does not meet the characteristics established by our quality department.

 

At the end of the review, the fruit is  transported to the brush area where it is washed and sanitized to remove any type of residue.
